We work with 2 cargo companies depending on the size and weight of the products for deliveries within the UK. If Furdeco cargo company is the delivery service for your order, they will bring your product directly to your floor. If your building does not have an elevator or is not suitable for the transportation of products with the help of an elevator, Furdeco carries the products up to the 2nd floor. For smaller and lighter items, the delivery service will be carried out by DHL cargo company, but please note that they will only deliver to the entrance of your building.
Note: It is your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors and staircases in their packaging before you place the order. Weekend Delivery: Delivery usually happens during weekdays, though some carriers do offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery option. Where applicable, you can opt for this at checkout. Unfortunately, if you have already placed your order and selected a standard weekday delivery, we are unable to change your order to a weekend delivery.
