What are the usage conditions for lighting products?

  1. Improper repair procedures can pose a danger to the user. Vivense London is not responsible for any damage or issues that may arise from repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized service providers.
  2. The installation of lighting products in the lighting group cannot be carried out by Vivense London installation teams. You can perform the product installation yourself, following the Vivense installation diagram, or seek assistance from an external authorized service provider.
  3. You should not allow children to play with lighting devices.
  4. If there is any stretching, tearing, or exposed wires in the cable integrity of the lighting devices, you should not use them.
  5. When unplugging your lighting device, you should never pull it out by holding onto the cable. Instead, you should grasp the plug of the device and gently remove it from the socket.
  6. During the assembly and replacement of the product, you should ensure that all power supply lines are switched off.
  7. The products should be carried by holding onto the body when they are being moved.
  8. You should ensure that the plug is disconnected or turned off before cleaning the products. If there is no plug, make sure it is in the off position. Avoid direct contact of liquids with the products during cleaning.
  9. You can clean your products with a damp cloth, but make sure to dry them with a dry cloth before use.
